Welcome to Nerang SS
I would like to extend a sincere welcome to you and your family into the Nerang Primary School community. We aim to offer a supportive school environment that enables children to become capable and confident members of the community.

Our school prides itself on developing unique and innovative programs to meet the needs of the range of students for which we cater.

We hope that your association with this school will be a happy one and that your involvement in our activities will help to further a spirit of co-operation and cohesion within the school community.

Our school community is a family and due to our small size, we offer a warm and caring environment for your child/ren.

It is our belief that education is the responsibility of both teachers and parents. Therefore we ask you to form a partnership with us so that your children can develop trusting relationships with adults who care about their welfare. Such partnerships will help to realise our expectations that the children of this school will develop desirable attitudes towards life and learning and that they emerge in later years as worthy members of society.

Our school has a strong emphasis on values education. We actively promote the values of Care & Compassion, Doing your Best, Freedom, Understanding & Tolerance, Responsibility, Respect, Integrity and a Fair Go. These values are integral to our curriculum and creation of a supportive school environment.
