Throughout the year, we have various transition days to celebrate our school and welcome prospective families. Please keep a look out in our newsletters, website and our Facebook page.
Throughout Term 2 through to Term 4, we commence preparations for our Prep Information and Orientation day. During the Prep Orientation day, children will interact with the Prep staff and participate in some meaningful learning activities. We will also have a Prep Information session, where parents meet with our staff to talk about the transition to school and the requirements of a child starting in the Prep class.
We talk about reading, uniforms, buses, eating lunches, absence from school, bus/walker and we may even have some practical information for you. if your child is attending Prep in the new year, please get in contact with us and get your enrolment forms in as soon as possible.
Remember, to enrol in Prep, you will need to complete an enrolment form, supply a copy of their birth certificate. Just to be sure that your child is ready for Prep, visit the Prep Ready reckoner to check you have the correct starting date for your child to commence school.
